سياسة الخصوصية

تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع تطبيق هلا زواج («التطبيق»، «نحن») بياناتك ويستخدمها ويحميها. هلا زواج منصة للتعارف بهدف الزواج الشرعي، والتطبيق هو النسخة المحمولة من المنصة على hala-zwag.arkanzax.com. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.
1. من يحق له استخدام التطبيق
التطبيق مخصص لمن بلغوا 18 عامًا فأكثر. لا نسمح بإنشاء حسابات لمن هم دون ذلك، ونحذف أي حساب يتبين لنا أنه لقاصر.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها
بيانات تقدمها أنت
- الحساب: الاسم الأول والأخير، والاسم الذي يراه الآخرون، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور، والجنس، وتاريخ الميلاد، ومكان الإقامة (الدولة والمحافظة والمدينة).
- الملف الشخصي: نبذة عنك، والعمل، والتعليم، والطول، والاهتمامات، والهوايات، واللغات، وإجاباتك عن أسئلة مثل ما تبحث عنه، وشكل الجسم، والديانة، والتدخين، والكحول.
- الصور والقصص: صورة الملف الشخصي والصور التي ترفعها (العامة والخاصة)، والقصص التي تنشرها.
- الرسائل: محتوى المحادثات التي ترسلها لأعضاء آخرين.
- التفاعلات: الإعجابات والتجاوز، والمفضلة، والتوافقات، والحظر، والهدايا، والبلاغات التي ترسلها مع سببها وتفاصيلها.
- المدفوعات: الباقة أو المبلغ المختار، ووسيلة الدفع، ورقم العملية المرجعي، ورقم الهاتف الذي حوّلت منه، وصورة إثبات التحويل. لا نجمع بيانات البطاقات البنكية ولا نخزنها.
- إعدادات الخصوصية: ظهورك في البحث، ومن يمكنه مراسلتك.
بيانات تُجمع تلقائيًا
- الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز الخاص بالإشعارات (من Firebase Cloud Messaging) ونوع النظام واسم عام للجهاز، لإرسال الإشعارات إليك.
- النشاط: زيارتك لملفات الأعضاء (يُبلَّغ صاحب الملف بالزيارة)، ومشاهدتك للقصص، وحالة الاتصال.
بيانات تبقى على جهازك فقط
رمز تسجيل الدخول (في التخزين الآمن للجهاز)، وآخر ما قرأته من المحادثات، والقصص التي شاهدتها، ومواعيد إظهار الصور المموهة، واللغة والمظهر المختاران. تُحذف بيانات الجلسة عند تسجيل الخروج. لا يطلب التطبيق موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق؛ المكان هو ما تختاره أنت من القائمة.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني وتسجيل دخولك.
- عرض ملفك على الأعضاء الآخرين واقتراح أعضاء مناسبين لك حسب الجنس والمكان.
- تمكين المحادثات والإعجابات والتوافقات والهدايا والقصص.
- إرسال الإشعارات (رسائل جديدة، إعجابات، توافقات، زيارات، هدايا).
- مراجعة إثباتات الدفع وتفعيل الباقات وشحن الرصيد.
- حماية الأعضاء: مراجعة البلاغات وتطبيق الحظر ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- الالتزام بالقانون والرد على الطلبات الرسمية.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
4. من يرى بياناتك
- الأعضاء الآخرون: يرون ملفك الشخصي (الاسم الذي اخترته، والعمر، والمدينة، والنبذة، والاهتمامات، والصور) إلا إذا أخفيت نفسك من البحث. تظهر الصور مموهة لغير المشتركين. رسائلك يراها من تراسله فقط.
- مزودو الخدمة: خوادم المنصة التي تديرها Arkanzax، وخدمة Google Firebase لإرسال الإشعارات. يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا ولغرض تشغيل الخدمة فقط.
- الجهات الرسمية: عند وجود التزام قانوني بذلك.
لا يظهر بريدك الإلكتروني ولا رقم هاتفك ولا تاريخ ميلادك الكامل للأعضاء الآخرين.
5. التحكم في بياناتك
- تعديل ملفك الشخصي وصورك في أي وقت من «ملفي».
- جعل أي صورة خاصة أو حذفها، وحذف قصصك.
- إخفاء ملفك من البحث، واختيار من يمكنه مراسلتك، من الإعدادات.
- حظر أي عضو أو الإبلاغ عنه.
- إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك.
6. حذف الحساب والاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك قائم. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالطريقة الموضحة في صفحة حذف الحساب. عند الحذف نحذف ملفك وصورك وقصصك ورسائلك، وقد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات (مثل سجلات المدفوعات والبلاغات) للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون أو لمنع الاحتيال، ثم نحذفها.
7. الأمان
تنتقل البيانات بين التطبيق والخوادم عبر اتصال مشفر (HTTPS)، ويُحفظ رمز تسجيل الدخول في التخزين الآمن للجهاز، ولا يُكتب أي محتوى شخصي في سجلات التطبيق. لا توجد وسيلة حماية كاملة، لذا ننصحك باستخدام كلمة مرور قوية وعدم مشاركتها.
8. التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. إذا كانت التغييرات جوهرية سنخبرك داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Hala Zawag app (“the app”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your data. Hala Zawag is a matchmaking platform for Islamic (shar‘i) marriage; the app is the mobile companion of the platform at hala-zwag.arkanzax.com. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Who may use the app
The app is for people aged 18 or over. We do not allow accounts for anyone younger, and we delete any account we find belongs to a minor.
2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account: first and last name, the name others see, email, phone number, password, gender, date of birth and where you live (country, state and city).
- Profile: your bio, job, education, height, interests, hobbies, languages, and your answers about what you are looking for, body type, religion, smoking and drinking.
- Photos and stories: your profile photo, the photos you upload (public and private) and the stories you post.
- Messages: the content of the conversations you send to other members.
- Interactions: likes and passes, favorites, matches, blocks, gifts, and the reports you send with their reason and details.
- Payments: the plan or amount chosen, the payment method, the transfer’s reference number, the phone number you sent from and a screenshot of the transfer. We never collect or store bank card details.
- Privacy settings: whether you appear in search, and who can message you.
Data collected automatically
- Notifications: your device’s push token (from Firebase Cloud Messaging), the platform and a generic device name, to send you notifications.
- Activity: your visits to members’ profiles (the owner is told about the visit), the stories you watch, and whether you are online.
Data that stays on your device only
Your sign-in token (in the device’s secure storage), what you last read in each conversation, the stories you watched, when blurred photos can be revealed again, and your chosen language and theme. Session data is deleted when you sign out. The app does not ask for your precise location; your place is the one you pick from the list.
3. How we use your data
- To create your account, verify your email and sign you in.
- To show your profile to other members and suggest members to you by gender and place.
- To provide conversations, likes, matches, gifts and stories.
- To send you notifications (new messages, likes, matches, visits, gifts).
- To review payment proofs, activate plans and top up balances.
- To keep members safe: reviewing reports, enforcing blocks and preventing abuse.
- To meet legal obligations and answer lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who sees your data
- Other members see your profile (the name you chose, age, city, bio, interests and photos) unless you hide yourself from search. Photos are blurred for members without a subscription. Your messages are seen only by the member you write to.
- Service providers: the platform’s servers, operated by Arkanzax, and Google Firebase for push notifications. They process data on our behalf and only to run the service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Your email, phone number and full date of birth are never shown to other members.
5. Your choices
- Edit your profile and photos at any time from “My profile”.
- Make any photo private or delete it, and delete your stories.
- Hide your profile from search and choose who can message you, in Settings.
- Block or report any member.
- Turn off notifications in your device’s settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account.
6. Account deletion and retention
We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and data as described on the account deletion page. On deletion we remove your profile, photos, stories and messages; we may keep some records (such as payment and report records) for as long as the law requires or to prevent fraud, then delete them.
7. Security
Data travels between the app and the servers over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), your sign-in token is kept in the device’s secure storage, and no personal content is written to the app’s logs. No protection is perfect, so please use a strong password and do not share it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app.
