كيف تطلب الحذف

1. أرسل رسالة إلى mossadahmed975@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف الحساب».
2. أرسلها من البريد الإلكتروني المسجل به حسابك، واكتب فيها رقم هاتفك المسجل.
3. قد نطلب منك تأكيد الطلب للتأكد من أنك صاحب الحساب.

ننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا على الأكثر، ونرد عليك بالتأكيد.

ما الذي يُحذف

• بيانات حسابك وملفك الشخصي.
• صورك وقصصك.
• رسائلك، والإعجابات، والمفضلة، والتوافقات، والحظر.
• رموز الإشعارات الخاصة بأجهزتك.

ما قد نحتفظ به مؤقتًا

سجلات المدفوعات والبلاغات، للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون أو لمنع الاحتيال، ثم تُحذف. الرصيد غير المستخدم والباقات النشطة لا تُسترد بعد الحذف.

How to ask

1. Email mossadahmed975@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Send it from the email address your account is registered with, and include your registered phone number.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request, to make sure you own the account.

We complete the request within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your account data and profile.
• Your photos and stories.
• Your messages, likes, favorites, matches and blocks.
• Your devices’ push tokens.

What we may keep for a while

Payment and report records, for as long as the law requires or to prevent fraud, then they are deleted. Unused balance and active plans are not refunded after deletion.
