معايير سلامة الأطفال

تلتزم هلا زواج بحماية الأطفال، ولا تتسامح مطلقًا مع أي شكل من أشكال الاستغلال أو الإساءة الجنسية للأطفال (CSAE)، بما في ذلك مواد الإساءة الجنسية للأطفال (CSAM).
1. التطبيق للبالغين فقط
- هلا زواج منصة للتعارف بهدف الزواج، ومخصصة لمن بلغوا 18 عامًا فأكثر فقط.
- يُطلب تاريخ الميلاد عند التسجيل، ولا يُسمح بإنشاء حساب لمن هم دون 18 عامًا.
- نحذف فورًا أي حساب يتبين لنا أنه لقاصر.
2. ما هو ممنوع
يُمنع منعًا باتًا على المنصة، في الملفات الشخصية أو الصور أو القصص أو الرسائل أو أي محتوى آخر:
- أي محتوى يُظهر أو يروّج للإساءة الجنسية للأطفال أو استغلالهم.
- استدراج القاصرين أو محاولة التواصل معهم لأغراض جنسية (grooming).
- أي محتوى جنسي يتعلق بالقاصرين، أو تشجيع الاتجار بالأطفال أو زواج القاصرين.
- مشاركة أو طلب صور أو معلومات شخصية لقاصرين.
3. كيف تبلّغ
- داخل التطبيق: افتح صفحة العضو، ثم القائمة ⋮، ثم «إبلاغ»، واختر السبب واكتب التفاصيل.
- بالبريد: mossadahmed975@gmail.com بعنوان «بلاغ سلامة أطفال».
إذا كان طفل في خطر مباشر، تواصل فورًا مع الشرطة أو الجهات المختصة في بلدك.
4. ماذا نفعل عند البلاغ
- نراجع بلاغات سلامة الأطفال على سبيل الأولوية.
- نحذف المحتوى المخالف ونوقف الحساب المسؤول عنه نهائيًا.
- نبلّغ الجهات المختصة عن أي مواد إساءة جنسية للأطفال أو حالات استغلال، وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها، ونتعاون مع جهات إنفاذ القانون.
5. الالتزام بالقانون
نلتزم بقوانين حماية الطفل المعمول بها في البلدان التي نعمل فيها، وبسياسات Google Play الخاصة بسلامة الأطفال.

Hala Zawag is committed to protecting children and has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Adults only
- Hala Zawag is a matchmaking platform for marriage, for people aged 18 or over only.
- A date of birth is required at sign-up, and no account can be created for anyone under 18.
- We delete at once any account we find belongs to a minor.
2. What is forbidden
The following is strictly forbidden on the platform, in profiles, photos, stories, messages or any other content:
- Any content that shows or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
- Grooming: approaching or contacting minors for sexual purposes.
- Any sexual content involving minors, or promoting child trafficking or child marriage.
- Sharing or asking for photos or personal information of minors.
3. How to report
- In the app: open the member’s page, then the ⋮ menu, then “Report”, choose a reason and add details.
- By email: mossadahmed975@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety report”.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or the competent authorities in your country right away.
4. What we do with a report
- We review child safety reports as a priority.
- We remove the violating content and permanently ban the account responsible.
- We report any child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the competent authorities as the applicable laws require, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with the child protection laws that apply in the countries where we operate, and with Google Play’s child safety policies.
